Paying your account can be done one of several ways:

 

    1. Automatically

If you have any products or services on a recurring billing cycle, then we can setup a direct debit facility for you. Invoices for these items will simply be paid on the due dates and any services such as domain renewals, or hosting renewals will be submitted and processed immediately. You need do nothing more! Best of all, there are no fees or charges for this facility, so contact us for further information if you're interested.

    1. Manually

If you have a client account, then you can manage the whole process yourself from the client area. Simply login at https://clients.21designs.com.au/ and navigate to the "Billing\My Invoices" menu to see your invoice history, and pay selected items. Presently we only accept Bank Transfers and PayPal, however we will be integrating a Credit Card processing facility in the near future so stay tuned!

    1. Stone Age

Not everyone likes to pay online, and sometimes you just want to speak with someone, so feel free to give us a call and we'll be happy to help you process your payment over the phone.
