Refund Policy Print

We maintain a pretty open minded policy that goes a little something like this...

"If you paid us for a service, and didn't get it, we'll refund your money"

There 's always a little grey area however, so just remember that the following items DON'T qualify for a refund:

  • You didn't use your service - If we provisioned for you, or purchased it on your behalf, that cost us time and money, and we can't get that back.
  • You made a mistake when selecting a domain name - Unfortunately domain names cannot be "unregistered", and so we can't refund you for domain names you no longer want or need.
  • You realised that the service didn't suit your needs - In rare cases, we may be able to intervene if you contact us immediately, however as with most services, the bulk of the time and money involved is at the beginning, setting up your account, and so we encourage you to ask questions before purchasing so we can help you ensure you're not choosing something that's no good for you.
  • If you simply change your mind midway through the term - We don't offer prorated refunds for unused portion of your contract. If you feel extenuating circumstance warrant a review in your case, then send us an email and we'll do our best to evaluate each request on a case by case basis.

If you paid for a service by credit card or via PayPal and we offer you a refund for these services, we will return the funds agreed upon using the same payment method used to purchase the services.
